Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling computer systems, maintaining data and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor computer systems efficiently Perform accurate data entry and maintain records Handle MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email) Maintain files, documents and databases Troubleshoot basic system issues Ensure timely processing of reports and information Take regular data backups Support team members with system-related tasks

Requirements: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office Good typing speed and accuracy Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Basic understanding of internet and email Good communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of data management systems Familiarity with printers, scanners etc. Basic troubleshooting knowledge
