Business Development Associate (BDA) (Bettiah)

ZenithPath is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team in Bettiah. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales understanding, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
- Present company services effectively to clients Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
