Based on-site at our Gorakhpur location, you will be the first point of contact for queries, assist customers with onboarding, resolve issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve client experiences, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence - Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns - Knowledge of fintech products, income tax, and payroll processes is highly advantageous - Ability to build and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software - Detail-oriented mindset for accurately addressing customer needs and resolving issues - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer success or client relations - Interest in finance, compliance, and technology-driven solutions is a strong plus- Commitment to working on-site in Gorakhpur
