Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Job Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Lab Assistant / Pilot Plant Technician to manage day-to-day execution of lab and pilot-scale activities, ensure smooth operation of laboratory equipment, and maintain overall upkeep, safety, and readiness of the lab. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong discipline in maintenance, and coordination for procurement of lab equipment and consumables. Key Responsibilities
- Execute experimental, testing, and pilot-scale activities as per plan.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments
- Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the laboratory
- Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and lab documentation
- Support engineers/scientists during trials, scale-up, and validation activities Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in managing lab or pilot-scale facilities
- Robust understanding of equipment operation and preventive maintenance
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and lab compliance requirements
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills
