Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior Maintenance Engineer/Executive with 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role focuses on supporting maintenance activities, ensuring equipment uptime, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance Activities Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain equipment logs and daily maintenance records. GMP Compliance Follow GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) during all maintenance activities. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work, logbooks, and SOPs. Support audit readiness and compliance requirements. Equipment Handling Work on pharma equipment such as: Granulators, blenders, tablet compression machines Coating machines, capsule filling machines Packing lines and conveyors Utilities Support Assist in operation and maintenance of: HVAC systems Air compressors Boilers and chillers Water systems (PW/WFI) Breakdown & Troubleshooting Respond to equipment breakdowns and support quick resolution. Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions. Calibration & Validation Support Support equipment calibration activities. Assist in validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) documentation and execution. Safety & EHS Follow all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems. Use PPE and adhere to EHS guidelines. Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Required Qualifications B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Experience 2 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical / chemical plant maintenance

Pay: ₹300,000.00
- ₹600,000.00 per year
