VMC Operator (Padra)

- Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for production activities
- Set up jobs, tools, fixtures, and offsets as per drawing requirements
- Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and job specifications
- Perform tool changing, tool setting, and basic machine programming/editing
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge
- Ensure production quality as per standards and maintain inspection records
- Monitor machine performance and report any breakdown or abnormalities
- Maintain cycle time, production targets, and reduce rejection/rework
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities
- Follow safety procedures, 5S, and company guidelines on the shop floor
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
- Maintain proper documentation related to production and inspection reports
- Experience in handling different materials and machining operations
- Ensure proper handling of cutting tools, coolant, and raw materials Pay: ₹20,000.00
