Senior Engineer Qa/qc Padra

Role & responsibilities : Interpret and understand mechanical drawings and assembly drawings provided by customers. Basic understanding of measuring instruments Vernier caliper, Height gauge, micrometers, CMM, VMM. Prepare measurement plans and coordinate with the Quality Team. Conduct inspection of parts at multiple stages of the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are maintained. Collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous quality improvement. Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation both manually and in digital systems. Enter and maintain required quality data in SAP. Perform CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) analysis and rejection analysis. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve queries related to production and quality aspects of mechanical drawings. Handle customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and corrective actions.
