Mechanical Design Engineer (Reverse Engineering) (Manjusar)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in reverse engineering, 3D scanning, and CAD modeling. The candidate will work on converting physical components into accurate digital models and support inspection and product development projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reverse engineering using 3D scan data
- Create accurate 3D CAD models (surface and solid)
- Work with point cloud and mesh data (STL processing)
- Prepare 2D drawings with GD&T;
- Support 3D scanning and inspection projects
- Coordinate with team for project execution and delivery
- Ensure quality and accuracy in modeling and outputs Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience in reverse engineering workflows
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of 3D scanning data (STL, point cloud)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inspection software
- Exposure to CMM inspection
- Experience in plastic components / mold design Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
