Web Developer (Siri Fort)

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and functional design, translating complex layout wireframes into secure, responsive, and high-performing websites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who stays ahead of modern web technologies, writes clean and maintainable code, and excels at collaborating across departments to align digital growth strategies with daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Front-End & Back-End Development: Build, maintain, and optimize robust web applications using industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.
- Responsive Architecture: Ensure all web properties are fully optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and operational teams to implement new features, landing pages, and system integrations.
- Performance & SEO Optimization: Code with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in mind, continuously monitoring and improving page load speeds and technical site health.
- Security & Maintenance: Implement secure coding practices, perform regular updates, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain data integrity across web platforms. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven qualified experience as a Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or in a highly similar software engineering role.
- Front-End Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
- Back-End Capabilities: Solid understanding of server-side languages (such as Node.js, Python, or PHP) and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Tools & Workflows: Strong familiarity with Git version control, package managers, and build tools.
- UI/UX Alignment: A keen eye for detail with the ability to precisely translate design prototypes into functional, intuitive user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Excellent debugging and analytical skills, with a commitment to writing clean, well-documented code.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience/portfolio. Pay: ₹40,000.00
