Administration Manager Greater Noida

The purpose of this role is to handle the end-to-end responsibility of Admin operations for Manufacturing Unit ensuring smooth facility management, vendor coordination, compliance, employee support, and uninterrupted day-to-day operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities Oversee Security & CCTV Operations, access control, and visitor management. Supervise Housekeeping, Horticulture, Pest Control, and workplace hygiene standards. Handle Transportation, Courier, Canteen, Pantry, Medical, and Guest House Operations. Manage Vendor Contracts, AMCs, renewals, and service performance. Oversee Asset Management, stock inventory, and invoice tracking. Ensure smooth operations of Scrap Disposal and Vending Machine service Guest House Operations, Hotels Prepare and monitor budgets, cost optimization, and expense control initiatives. Ensure SOP adherence, audit compliance, and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and infrastructure. Coordinate office events, employee engagement, and workplace activities.
