About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Iridium Cloud System, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. You will play a key role in building trust and satisfaction by helping customers resolve issues, guiding them through our CDMON services and products, and ensuring a smooth experience across all touchpoints. Since we are in the early stages of growth, this role will also involve shaping support processes and contributing to customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to CDMON services such as domain management, cloud hosting, website design, and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and updates to maximize their experience.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics, including response times and resolution rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with domain management, hosting platforms, or internet technologies.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a energetic, fast-paced environment.
