VIBES is looking for an experienced, confident, and dynamic Trainer to conduct engaging online training sessions for employees and fresher candidates in Beauty, Slimming &
- Laser Services. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional online training sessions
- Train and mentor new joiners & existing staff
- Prepare training modules, presentations & performance reports
- Ensure service excellence and product knowledge standards
- Monitor trainee performance and support skill enhancement
- Maintain training records and coordinate with management
- Desired Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of Beauty, Slimming &
- Laser Services Excellent communication & presentation skills Positive computer proficiency and data presentation skills Strong mentoring and motivational abilities Confident speaker with professional personality Preferred Qualification &
- Experience:
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty &
- Wellness or related field
- Prior training experience in the Beauty/Wellness industry preferred Pay: ₹40,000.00
