VIBES is looking for an experienced, confident, and dynamic Trainer to conduct engaging online training sessions for employees and fresher candidates in Beauty, Slimming & Laser Services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct qualified online training sessions Train and mentor new joiners & existing staff Prepare training modules, presentations & performance reports Ensure service excellence and product knowledge standards Monitor trainee performance and support skill enhancement Maintain training records and coordinate with management Desired Candidate Profile: Robust knowledge of Beauty, Slimming & Laser Services Excellent communication & presentation skills Positive computer proficiency and data presentation skills Strong mentoring and motivational abilities Confident speaker with professional personality Preferred Qualification & Experience: Certification/Diploma in Beauty & Wellness or related field Prior training experience in the Beauty/Wellness industry preferred
