Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Success Manager to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced workplace. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

A successful Client Success Manager must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Key responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Inform customers about current features and functionalities Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams Assist in training junior Client Success Manager Representatives

Requirements High school diploma; B.Sc./B.A. is a plus. Proficient in English and Hindi languages. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role Familiarity with our industry is a plus Experience using help desk software and remote support tools Understanding of how CRM systems work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases

Additional skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection
