Site Engineer (Civil) (Guindy)

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years in real estate construction projects.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Technical skills: Site activity management; report preparation; basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site surveying.
- Personal attributes: Responsible, punctual, valuable communicator, problem solver, able to work on-site without supervision. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work adheres to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays or deviations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and progress reports; maintain site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance on site and implement corrective actions.
- Carry out measurements, setting out, and basic site calculations. Pay: ₹20,000.00
