About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to support customers throughout their journey and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions professionally and assist customers with products and subscription-related enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels
- Explain products, subscription plans, and service processes clearly to customers
- Assist customers with enrolment and onboarding processes
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
- Resolve customer concerns in a skilled and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and operations
- Maintain customer records and daily follow-up updates
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/social media tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide and support customers professionally
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer support, customer service, tele calling, or related roles is an added advantage
