Customer Service Executive Location: Prefer candidates currently in Chennai Experience: 3- 5 Years CTC : 5LPA 5.5LPA Notice period : Immediate to 15days only . Job Description Customer Service
- Liaison and manage relation with sister offices and customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; flexible, and adaptable to change
- Dealing with internal & external customers and situations with a skilled and resourceful manner for resolution
- Ensuring depth of deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables
- Drive through day-to-day operations in the customer service task.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner with problem solving attitude.
- Liaison with Various teams such as Research, and Quality Control team to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Working with Senior Management Teams to achieve Department's and D&B;'s vision and mission.
- Knowledge in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
