We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to guide customers through our meal subscriptions and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Explain meal plans, subscriptions, and delivery processes clearly to customers
- Assist customers in enrolling and completing subscriptions
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for a seamless customer experience
- Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms
- Ability to communicate professionally and guide customers effectively
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an added advantage Preferred Candidate Profile
