We are a nutrition-focused cloud kitchen dedicated to delivering healthy, gut-friendly meals directly to customers. We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to guide customers through our meal subscriptions and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms Explain meal plans, subscriptions, and delivery processes clearly to customers Assist customers in enrolling and completing subscriptions Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for a seamless customer experience Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English and Tamil Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms Ability to communicate professionally and guide customers effectively Solid listening and problem-solving skills Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an added advantage
