Job Description Customer Service
Liaison and manage relation with sister offices and customers
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; versatile, and adaptable to change
Dealing with internal & external customers and situations with a skilled and resourceful manner for resolution
Ensuring depth of deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables
Drive through day-to-day operations in the customer service task.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner with problem solving attitude.
Liaison with Various teams such as Research, and Quality Control team to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer deliverables.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Working with Senior Management Teams to achieve Department's and D&B;'s vision and mission.
Knowledge in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
