Service Engineer (Guindy)

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Install, configure, and commission equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical problems and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct repairs and replace defective components when necessary.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation for all activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development or quality assurance, to resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all service activities.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of tools, parts, and hazardous materials. Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
