Customer Support and Sales Executive (Guindy)

We are hiring a Customer and Sales Support Executive to handle customer interactions across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt, skilled, and brand-aligned communication. This role focuses on converting enquiries into sales, managing follow-ups, assisting customers throughout their buying journey, and delivering a seamless experience that reflects Orange Interior premium positioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email in a timely manner
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product recommendations
- Manage regular follow-ups to ensure maximum lead closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for site measurements and updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using tools like Excel. Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support
- Strong communication skills in English (Tamil preferred)
- Comfortable handling Instagram/WhatsApp sales
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline and multitasking ability. Pay: ₹15,000.00
