Service Engineer Guindy

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Install, configure, and commission equipment and systems at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance. Diagnose technical problems and resolve issues effectively. Conduct repairs and replace defective components when necessary. Provide technical assistance and training to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of equipment. Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation for all activities. Prepare technical documentation and user manuals when required. Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development or quality assurance, to resolve complex issues. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest product improvements. Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all service activities. Ensure proper handling and disposal of tools, parts, and hazardous materials.

Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
