Estimation Engineer (Guindy)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimation & Procurement Engineer to handle project estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and procurement activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge in construction materials, market pricing, budgeting, and project coordination. Estimation & BOQ Prepare detailed quantity take-off from drawings. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for residential, villa, and commercial projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Estimate material, labor, and overall project cost. Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison statements. Procurement Source and identify vendors/suppliers for construction materials. Collect quotations and compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Prepare purchase orders and procurement schedules. Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and commercial terms. Track material delivery and coordinate with site teams. Maintain procurement records and vendor database. Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites. Required Skills Knowledge in Estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Procurement. Good understanding of construction materials and market rates. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Good analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualities Team player with leadership mindset. Problem-solving ability. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good vendor and client handling skills. Willingness to visit project sites when required. Pay: ₹20,000.00
