About the Job Role This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities and executing tasks across the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established processes and standards. A key responsibility will also be driving operational efficiency through effective execution and coordination. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Performance Management
- Drive end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring timely goal setting, progress tracking, and structured follow-ups across the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct periodic audits of employee goals to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring adherence to defined timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Lead mid-year performance review cycles, including progress tracking, identification of gaps, and driving corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate system configuration and mapping of performance processes to enable seamless execution and reporting.
- Execute Annual Performance Review (APR) tagging in line with organizational policies and timelines.
- Maintain and audit performance data repositories, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of self-evaluations and manager assessments across all review cycles.
- Design and deliver capability-building sessions on performance management for current joiners, first-time managers, and existing managers. 2. Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce planning master data, capturing current headcount and future talent requirements.
- Gather, validate, and consolidate manpower data across business units/brands to support workforce planning decisions.
- Develop data-backed manpower proposals with clear business justification for role creation and restructuring.
- Create and manage a structured SWP execution roadmap, including defined milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
- Execute workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives and business priorities.
- Track, review, and enhance organizational talent quality metrics, including education pedigree and skill readiness.
- Monitor and optimize span of control to ensure organizational efficiency and clarity in reporting structures.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking studies to support organizational design and workforce optimization initiatives.
- HR Analytics & Digital Enablement
- Design and implement a robust HR analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deploy real-time dashboards and reporting tools for HR and business stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of HR dashboards across teams.
- Collaborate with central Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous enhancement of HR systems and dashboards.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve HR productivity, enhance automation, and strengthen decision-making capabilities. Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to: *Performance Management cycles (goal setting, reviews, PIPs, APR processes) *Workforce Planning / Manpower Planning *HR Data Analytics / Reporting / Dashboards
- Experience in managing end-to-end performance review processes across large employee populations.
