Finance Executive Mis And Analytics On Contract Gulbarga

Key Roles & Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and finance leadership.

Track key financial and operational metrics including revenue, collections, margins, manpower cost, and profitability.

Support the FP&A; team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, marketing, Finance etc for data collection and validation.

Assist in management reporting and preparation of business review presentations.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for decision-making.

Ensure timely closure and circulation of MIS reports as per defined timelines.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests from leadership.

Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.

Experience 4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, FP&A; support, or finance operations.

Prior experience in handling large datasets and management reporting is preferred.

Technical Skills Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Valuable understanding of financial statements and business metrics.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
