Role Overview Title: Referral Partner (Commission-Only) – MacroHire

This is a simple referral role. You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your own organization’s HR team or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly. We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery. One strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.

What You’ll Do
- Share 1–2 warm leads per month from your network
- Priority:
- Your own company’s HR or talent team
- Organizations with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needs
- Share brief details only:
- Company name
- Contact (e.g., HR head, talent lead)
- Hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers, scale or frequency)
- Track referrals via email or a simple shared sheet

- Flat 10%-20% commission on all revenue generated from your referred client
- Commission applies for up to 2 years per client
- Performance bonuses could range from 10,000 to 1 lakh, depending on the rate of conversions and lead consistency
- Paid quarterly after collections
