- Material Science (Battery, Semiconductor & OLED Materials)

Role Overview

Scimplify is looking for an experiences Material Science R&D; Leader to drive the development of next-generation advanced materials for batteriesm semiconductor material and OLED applications

Key Responsibilities

- Lead R&D; programs focused on advanced materials for electronics and energy storage .
- Develop and scale high-performance materials for batteries, semiconductors, and OLEDs .
- Drive material synthesis, characterization, and performance optimization .
- Work closely with global partners and customers to develop customized materials .
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams .
- Establish robust material testing and validation frameworks .
- Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary R&D; team .

Qualifications

- PhD / M.Tech in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science .
- Experience working in global or MNC R&D; environments .
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in R&D; .
