Assistant Manager (GOC) Industry: EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh Experience: 9 – 12 Years CTC : 7-10 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA / PGDM (Operations / Supply Chain preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Global Operations Center (GOC) to monitor and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations in an EMS setting . The role involves operational reporting, KPI tracking, cross-functional coordination, and supporting management with performance insights to ensure smooth plant operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operational performance.
- Track key manufacturing KPIs such as Production Output, OEE, Rejection Rate, and Delivery Performance .
- Identify operational gaps and escalate issues to relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, SCM, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and process guidelines .
- Review and validate ERP data (SAP / Oracle) for accuracy and reporting.
- Support management with data analysis, dashboards, and performance reports .
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Participate in management reviews, operational meetings, and performance discussions .
- Lead and guide GOC team members for effective monitoring and coordination. Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of EMS / Manufacturing Operations
- MIS Reporting & Advanced Excel
- ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle)
