The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design and project planning, developing and integrating architectural solutions, and collaborating closely with project management teams. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and engineering teams, and ensuring design adherence to project requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to develop innovative architectural design concepts.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and sustainable design integration.
- Produce clear and accurate documentation that adheres to building codes and regulations.
- Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and team members.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in architectural tools and design software
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Mandatory) Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for design innovation
- Knowledge of sustainable design principle is a plus
