Job Summary We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Manager – Supply Chain Management who will primarily drive supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination across procurement, logistics, and sales. The role will focus on ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory and dispatch planning, improving supply reliability, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. The ideal candidate should have strong planning capability, commercial understanding, and operational discipline, preferably in metals, steel, commodities, or trading environments. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting
· Lead end-to-end supply planning activities aligned with sales forecasts and business priorities.
· Develop rolling demand forecasts in coordination with sales and commercial teams.
· Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily material planning schedules to ensure uninterrupted supply.
· Monitor inventory positions, stock movement, and replenishment cycles to optimize working capital.
· Drive demand-supply balancing and proactively identify risks related to shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
