Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Gurugram)

Key Responsibilities: Graphics Creation:
- Design engaging and informative visuals for educational content, including infographics, diagrams, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with our content team to create visually compelling presentations, worksheets, and other learning materials. Marketing Design:
- Develop eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners. Video Editing:
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, advertisements, tutorials, and other promotional materials.
- Incorporate graphics, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Otimize video content for different platforms and ensure they meet the brand's standards and guidelines. Product Design:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our educational platform.
- Create visually appealing icons, buttons, and other graphical elements for our product. Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and channels, adhering to our brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve our brand identity through design. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite-Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
- Excellent Visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for education and eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design/Video Editor or related field.
- 0.6-1.5 years of experience in a Graphic Designer role or similar positions.
- 0.6-1.5 years of experience in a Video Editor role or similar positions.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
