About the Role:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced BU Head
- Networking & Security to lead our businessunit focused on Networking and Security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales within the system integration industry and possess proven leadership capabilities to drive business growth and manage operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Networking & Security business unit to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in Networking and Security hardware sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to maximize business opportunities. sales initiatives and lead the team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the BU. Mentor and develop the sales and technical team to enhance performance and skills.

Qualifications & Experience:· Proven experience in a leadership role within the System Integration industry, specifically in Networking & Security hardware sales. Solid understanding of Networking and Security products, solutions, and market dynamics.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with robust business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
