You will oversee the productive receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.ResponsibilitiesSupports the commitment to safety and follows all safety protocols to ensure full compliance with environment all standards, Health, and safety.Responsible for warehouse according to established procedures Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with other Sale/supply team as needed Provide scheduling support and resource allocation for warehouse staff Manage the day to day operations of the warehouse.processing facility inbound monitoring and checking all incoming stock for shortages and damage Ascertain urgency of orders to be picked up on a daily basis.dispatch accordingly Monitor all orders throughout the day to ensure 100 % dispatch efficiency Ensure all paperwork (Eway bill, LR ) is filled out in and all required information is documented Liaising with local authoritiesOperational management of all Warehouse Managers in terms of cost control.Timely collection of LR and POD and ensure enter the POD in system timely and maintain the record Maintain the record of Goods' return and stock accounting system to ensure CN is issued to the customer.Track and trace of the shipments dispatched from the warehouse Behavioral Competencies People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people.Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment.
