Based in Delhi NCR, Razano is expanding its caregiver ecosystem across India to deliver dignified, reliable, and professional senior care solutions. Role Description This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Gurugram for a **Training Coordinator** at Razano. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for training, onboarding, verifying, and supporting caregivers before they become active on the Razano platform. This includes conducting caregiver orientation and training sessions, verifying medical and caregiver credentials, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring caregivers understand Razano’s patient care standards and protocols. This role requires someone with prior healthcare or caregiving experience who understands home care operations and patient handling. Key Responsibilities Caregiver Training & Onboarding
* Conduct caregiver onboarding and training sessions (online and offline)
* Train caregivers on patient handling, hygiene, communication, elderly care, and safety protocols
* Explain Razano’s care standards, rules, and professional expectations
* Support caregivers throughout the onboarding and certification process
* Conduct follow-up calls and Q&A; sessions after training Training Operations
* Organize and coordinate caregiver training batches
* Schedule training sessions and training venues
* Share training videos and materials with caregivers
* Maintain attendance records and onboarding trackers
* Ensure caregivers complete all required training modules before activation Documentation & Verification
* Verify caregiver documents including Aadhaar, nursing certificates, RDA certificates, experience letters, and licenses
* Collect signed agreements and onboarding documents
* Create and manage caregiver profiles on the platform
* Coordinate certificate issuance and caregiver ID card processing Caregiver & Family Coordination
* Coordinate between caregivers, families, and operations team
* Resolve onboarding and caregiver support queries
* Ensure caregivers follow Razano quality and compliance standards
* Monitor professionalism and readiness before assigning shifts --- Required Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in:
* Nursing
* Care attendant services
* Home healthcare
* Hospital operations
* Elder care or patient care services
* Strong understanding of home care and patient support
* Experience handling or coordinating caregivers/patients preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Meet, and basic computer tools
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
