Role Description Edit high-quality educational and promotional videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms Manage end-to-end video editing workflow including cutting, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing, color correction, and basic motion graphics Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for audience retention and platform performance Coordinate with content writers, faculty, social media managers, and marketing teams for smooth content execution Organize and manage raw footage, project files, assets, and content libraries efficiently Ensure timely delivery of videos as per content calendars and deadlines Add captions, graphics, animations, B-rolls, and visual elements to improve viewer engagement Maintain brand consistency across all video content Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms Assist in content planning and suggest creative improvements for better audience engagement

Qualifications Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing techniques 1–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in EdTech or education industry Experience with Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality Solid skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics creation for dynamic content Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools Attention to Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m36k6
