Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Supervise inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designated storage areas. Last-Mile Operations Coordination Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients' end locations. Coordinate with delivery partners and teams to resolve last-mile challenges and optimize routes. Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operational needs and queries. Maintain high
service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. Inventory & Reporting Manage and track inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies during audits. Prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status, and client-specific KPIs. Vendor Management Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, ensuring timely delivery and service compliance. Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as necessary. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices. Conduct periodic checks to maintain hygiene and compliance across operations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with exposure to managing multi-client facilities. Solid knowledge of inward, outward, cycle count, audits, and inventory management processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and generating MIS reports.
