Walk-in || Production Supervisor (Gurugram)

Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily spice production operations.
- Manage production workers and machine operators efficiently.
- Ensure proper blending, packing and quality control processes.
- Monitor production targets and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and food-grade manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate raw material usage and stock movement.
- Prepare daily production and reporting sheets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth workflow. Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in a Spice Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of spice blending, packing and machine handling.
- Experience in team handling and shift management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and production reporting.
