The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, quality control, team coordination, and shop-floor discipline. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and meet targets.
- Ensure product quality and conduct regular checks.
- Allocate tasks and supervise workforce.
- Maintain workflow, inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with management for production planning, maintenance needs, and process improvements. Requirements:
- 14 years of manufacturing / production supervision experience.
- Valuable communication, leadership, strong team handling and problem-solving skills.
