This role requires someone who can combine AI tools, content operations, motion/video production, and process management to deliver high-quality content at scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end content production operations
- Build AI-driven workflows for video editing, motion graphics, repurposing, and content scaling
- Manage editors, designers, freelancers, agencies, and production timelines
- Use AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality
- Ensure visual quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery
- Convert founder ideas into multi-platform content assets
- Optimize content systems for YouTube, Instagram, ads, launches, and authority content Required Skills: AI production workflows Video editing & content production understanding Motion graphics knowledge Team/vendor management Robust operational mindset Process building & execution discipline Hands-on experience with AI tools like Runway, GPT, Claude, CapCut, Descript, etc. Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands AI + production systems + content operations + speed + quality control.
