- Max Budget 40kCTC 35kInhand Contact Person HR Dheeraj -7859975043 Role Summary Globiva is hiring experienced Team Leaders for Health Insurance Sales and Life Insurance Sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20–25 agents and driving revenue & performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
- Handle & manage a team of 20–25 sales agents
- Drive team targets (Revenue / Premium / Conversion %)
- Monitor Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPIs
- Track Dialer performance, Productivity, Talk Time & Conversion Ratio
- Maintain Shrinkage, Attendance & Adherence
- Manage Rostering & Manpower Planning
- Conduct daily Huddles & Performance Reviews
- Ensure adherence to Quality & Compliance standards
- Improve Upselling & Cross-selling performance
- Handle escalations and maintain team engagement Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Insurance Sales (Health/Life)
- Robust knowledge of BPO metrics: AHT, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Conversion %
- Target-driven and strong team handling skills
- Good communication & leadership abilities What We Offer:
