Creative Copywriter (Gurugram)

We're hiring at Rovenlabs. Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Type: Full time Looking for: Creative Ad Script Writers, Shortform Copywriters, and people who can come up with cool concepts that are out of the box. Read this part before you scroll past. If your scripts lean safe, this probably isn't the role. If your idea of a "cool ad" is a founder talking to camera with B-roll behind them, this isn't the role. If you haven't written scripts before, this isn't the role. If you're early in your career and still finding your voice, this isn't the role. We want people who have been in the creative field for years. People who have ideas that scared the client a little. People who pitched something weird at 2am and somehow it got made. What we're actually looking for: — Writers who think in hooks, not headlines — People who understand Instagram as a medium, not just a distribution channel — Concept writers who can take a fitness brand, a fashion label, or a consumer tech product and make something nobody expected — Crazy ideas. Modern execution. Sharp taste. The style we love — Funny. Genuinely funny, not LinkedIn-funny. — CGI-driven. Big visual ideas, surreal moments, things that shouldn't exist in real life but do on screen. — Bold. Confident enough to be the only ad in the feed that looks like itself. — Experimental. Every script should feel like a different brain wrote it. If all your ads look the same, they're not the work we want to see. What to send 1. Your best scripts. Made or unmade. 2. Every ad, reel, or piece of content you've actually shipped. Links, not descriptions. 3. One idea you couldn't sell but still believe in.
