We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Dry Utilities/Electrical) specializing in Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing dry utilities/electrical design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient design processes and high-quality deliverables. Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks- Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Dry utilities related deliverables Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practices Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in BIM (Dry Utilities/Electrical) for infrastructure projects Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Robust communication and teamwork abilities BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk certifications) preferred Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region Experience Level Mid Level Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m5oqx
