Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Leasing Manager based in Gurgaon. The Retail Leasing Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing retail tenants, managing lease negotiations, administering lease agreements, and conducting market research to identify suitable leasing opportunities. The role will involve maintaining tenant relationships, supporting tenant retention efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing operations. Qualifications
* Identify and connect with national and international retail brands for leasing opportunities
* Handle end-to-end retail leasing activities including negotiations and closures
* Develop brand expansion strategies and market penetration plans
