Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Gurugram for an Insurance Consultant specializing in Liability Insurance. The role involves providing expert advice to clients on liability insurance products, conducting needs analysis to recommend customized insurance solutions, and assisting with policy selection and enrollment.

Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, building strong client relationships, educating clients on liability insurance benefits, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction through prompt assistance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities Convert assigned leads into successful sales outcomes Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers Manage end-to-end customer servicing and retention activities Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Follow up consistently on company-provided leads and databases Track, analyse, and report business performance to reporting managers at regular intervals Expand and strengthen the customer base through relationship-led selling
