Role & responsibilities Supervise daily spice production operations. Manage production workers and machine operators efficiently. Ensure proper blending, packing and quality control processes. Monitor production targets and dispatch timelines. Maintain hygiene, safety and food-grade manufacturing standards. Coordinate raw material usage and stock movement. Prepare daily production and reporting sheets. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in a Spice Manufacturing Company is mandatory. Knowledge of spice blending, packing and machine handling. Experience in team handling and shift management.
