You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise skills to the delivery of Customer Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement;

To ensure the smooth implementation of current business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC

To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment

To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence

To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business

To work with the business manager and the recent clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities

To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors
