Job Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in the P&C; insurance process. Prepare training materials like outlines, handouts, manuals, guides, course materials presentations, and assessments to effectively deliver the required knowledge and skills. Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure trainees grasp the concepts of the P&C; insurance process. Assess trainees' performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals improve their skills and achieve performance targets. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations related to P&C; insurance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing trainees' performance metrics and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance the training outcomes. Collaborate with operations managers, team leaders, and subject matter experts to gather insights on training needs and program enhancements.
