Community Building Executive (Gurugram)

Position: Community Building Executive Location: Gurugram Experience Required: 1–4 Years

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Community Building Executive to grow and strengthen the Drone Tech Society network. The candidate will be responsible for creating memberships, engaging industry professionals, students, institutions, and organizations, and building a strong community ecosystem around drone technology.

Key Responsibilities: Drive membership growth for the Drone Tech Society. Identify and connect with potential members including professionals, startups, institutes, and enthusiasts. Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and industry stakeholders. Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, and networking initiatives. Promote the perks of joining the Drone Tech Society through online and offline channels. Maintain membership database and ensure regular follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for events, webinars, and promotional activities. Generate leads and convert them into active members. Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Required Skills & Experience: 1–4 years of experience in community building, membership sales, business development, or partnerships. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Ability to achieve membership targets and growth goals. Good knowledge of digital platforms and outreach strategies. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
