Job Description
- The Documentation & Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of project and HW/SW product documentation from various OEMs and compiling it. Coordinate between suppliers and deliver the training programs for the OT cybersecurity implementation across substations and control centres. The role ensures that all technical, operational, and compliance documentation is accurate, standardized, and aligned with contractual requirements, while also enabling effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness through structured training initiatives. The DTM plays a critical role in ensuring long-term maintainability, user adoption, and compliance, by integrating documentation practices with training delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Strategy & Governance Define and implement a documentation framework and governance model aligned with project and contractual requirements. Establish standards for document structure, version control, approvals, and lifecycle management. Ensure documentation complies with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
